WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum of 2 years of Warehouse Experience
Highly experienced with CRM / Inventory Tracking Software
Must be highly organized and able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
IT or fire alarm experience is a plus!
WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage stock levels using software that captures current quantities, inbound and outbound equipment
Complete warehouse functions to include inventory organization, receiving, stocking, and staging for delivery
Conduct periodic audits to verify current count accuracy, check for discrepancies, and update information within the software. Responsible for establishing and monitoring re-order points of all equipment
Generate packing lists / delivery receipts for equipment being delivered per the direction of the Operations Team and scan and upload delivery receipts into the software
Ability to perform all duties of warehouse worker (ex : able to lift more than 50lbs., able to work on your feet).
