Administrative Assistant
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate based on experience
Job Description:
- Perform secretarial and receptionist duties.
-Be familiar with the "call light system" in the facility.
- Do bookkeeping duties as assigned by the associate's supervisor.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
-Answer the phone within 3 rings and be professional and knowledgeable and able to give correct information in a professional manner.
-Greet all guests and visitors as they come in the front door.
-Perform all payroll duties in a timely manner to include checking all hourly staff clock ins and outs and gather information regarding any call ins throughout the week so that payroll can be submitted timely and correctly.
-Keep up with debit card expenditures and code appropriately.
-Be fully trained to give professional tours to prospective residents and their families.
-Hire and train the evening and weekend receptionists, complete the schedule for the receptionists and supervise. Cover shifts in the event of a call in.
-Responsible for all new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screens and getting those to the Payroll Specialist in a timely manner.
-Be efficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Respect HIPPA laws and maintain confidentiality.
