Daisy Hill-Pathway is looking for a dedicated and compassionate, observant, and detail oriented (LPN) to join our team.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Exhibit clear verbal communication skills.
Good at problem solving.
Experience
Experience working with Geriatric s who have cognitive impairments .
Proficiency in monitoring vital signs effectively.
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and laboratory procedures.
