Job Summary:
Founded in 1964, Goody Goody is a growing family owned and operated retail establishment with locations in Dallas- Fort Worth, Houston and Longview. If retail and people are your passion, we are looking for you! The Retail Sales Associate will have the opportunity to grow with our team by providing excellent service to customers by assisting with product selection, processing sales through POS, bagging and carry out of product, as well as stocking shelves, processing inventory, and keep our stores clean and presentable for our customers.
Job Duties:
1. Ensure that each customer receives high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
2. Greet customers to the store and assist with their needs and questions.
3. Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with selections.
4. Partner with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
5. Stock shelves
6. Assist with inventory
7. Help keep the store clean and presentable
8. Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives
9. Educate and invite our customer to join our loyalty program
10. Process sales through our POS system
11. Job entails 50% on the sales floor helping customers and 50% on the register
