The starting pay for this position is $80k annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. General Description :

The Senior Plant Manager oversees and administers a large retread plant facility to efficiently manufacture light and medium truck, bus, and specialty tires. This includes achieving production, product delivery, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives while operating within company policy and federal, state, and local laws. The role provides vision and direction for the team, driving daily plant objectives by setting expectations and accountability. The position will also mentor managers in additional plants to develop talent and drive business objectives.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Providing leadership for production improvement and attainment of unit per hour goals; increasing plant profitability through production efficiency and quality control oversight.
• Ensuring the efficiency and performance of the plant; maintaining production schedules and quality control.
• Obtaining annual / monthly production objectives to ensure a positive EBIT; administering company policies and establishing long-range and short-term plans.
• Protecting all company assets within the area of responsibility.
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, managing all safety, health, and environmental processes.
