Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cushion Filler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filling cushions with appropriate materials while adhering to strict quality control standards and safety regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a cleanroom environment.
Duties
- Fill cushions with specified materials according to production requirements.
- Ensure all filling processes comply with weight provided
- Operates machine safely and with proper attire at all times.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with cleanroom protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to fabricate and package finished products efficiently.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring and calculating weight
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleanroom practices.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot equipment effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail for quality control processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Training will be provided.
