Microsoft Customer Insights - CDP Architect
Responsibilities –
- Build the overarching strategy and high-level plan for CDP implementation, ingestion from data sources, customer profile synthetization into traits and audiences, journey orchestration and integration with downstream systems.
- Should be able to design and build integration with external systems/data sources leveraging the CDP integration features.
- Hands on experience in CID Implementation
- Should be able to work with Functional SME to define roadmap for Customer Data Platform project.
- Should be able to work with IT stakeholders to understand Data Sources, Data Quality and Data Source Mapping.
- Should be able to define Ingestion/Egression Patterns of data in Microsoft Customer Insights.
- Understand dependencies amongst data sources and destinations and provide inputs to building architecture and design documents.
- Bring best practices for CDP and Journey orchestration to the engagement. Work with internal and CDP vendor professional services to execute Omni channel use cases.
Desired skills –
- At least 1-2 end-to-end implementations of CDP project
- Hands on experience in CID (Customer insights data)
- Hands on Experience in Microsoft Dynamics
- Hands on experience on MDM implementations
- Must have hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Customer Insights - Data and Microsoft Customer Insights - Journeys
- Overall 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years of crafting customer-centric datasets (i.e. CRM, Call Center, Marketing, MDM, CDP, Offline, Point of Sale, etc.)
- Should have strong understanding of customer profile segmentation and experience in 360-degree view of customers in CDP for further analytical processing and decision making
- Strong understanding of ETL, Data quality / Cleansing and Identity resolution
- Strong and hands-on knowledge of SQL, Data modeling, and Data warehouse
- Knowledge of digital marketing, digital analytics, customer360, MarTech space is a big plus.
