Achieving Results:
- The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships.
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
Compensation and Benefits
The Account Executive position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus uncapped variable commissions, and a one-time conditional sign-on bonus.
You're also eligible for renewal commissions year-over-year, which provides passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income.
Licensing, Training, and Position Requirements
- We'll cover one-time costs of all training courses and exam fees to obtain your insurance license.
- This role is contingent on passing your licensing exam, obtaining the state-issued license, and successfully completing our training program.
- No previous experience is required; you'll receive extensive training in salesforce.com, sales process management, business development, and more.

Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
