Job Summary
The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving new business revenue, striving to meet monthly targets both individually and as part of a collaborative team. You will receive in-depth training in tools like Salesforce, as well as guidance on effective sales processes and business development strategies.

- Identify and develop referral partnerships within the real estate and mortgage sectors.
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, evaluate various options from our extensive carrier portfolio, and deliver tailored solutions to safeguard their homes and belongings.
Compensation Overview
Your first-year earning potential ranges from $53,000 to $90,000 depending on performance. While compensation may vary among agencies, our offerings include unlimited commissions for new business and renewals. Renewal commissions lead to passive income, which can significantly enhance your annual earnings. Exceptional performers may also qualify for an exclusive annual President's Club trip.
