We are seeking a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Acquisitions team; Goosehead is looking for the best in the industry to fill this role. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Campaigns : Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing strategies across platforms, including social media, email, and SEO.Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.Project Management :
Coordinate and manage end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverablesContent Creation & Copywriting :
Craft compelling and engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and advertising campaigns.Maintain brand voice and tone consistency across all marketing channels.SEO & SEM :
Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.Manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.Collaboration & Strategy :
Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing strategies.Support the creation of marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, and content schedules.Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.3 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, and content creation / copywriting.Required Skills and Abilities
Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and tracking performance metrics.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and marketing platforms.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms.Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Monday.com, HubSpot, or related areas.Benefits Summary
