**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect and establish referral relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs and analyze options with over 20 A-rated insurance providers
- Provide custom solutions to mitigate household risk
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
