About the Opportunity
As a hired trainee at Gooseneck Implement, you will participate in the John Deere Ag Tech Virtual Program hosted by Arkansas State University - Beebe. You will require direction from experienced service professionals to enhance your skills and knowledge.
The program consists of one day of online classes each week and four days of hands-on work in the Gooseneck Implement service department.
After completing the program, you may be assigned to a permanent position outside of your initial store.
You will actively engage in project assignments centered around service-related activities at the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Work full-time at the dealer location while attending school online through Arkansas State University - Beebe.
- Collaborate with and shadow senior technicians to gain experience in the service department.
- Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions products.
- Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to develop essential skills.
- Accurately record time spent on tasks and materials used for assigned duties.
