Job Description
This role involves participating in the John Deere Ag Tech Virtual Program, hosted by Arkansas State University - Beebe. As a participant, you will work at Gooseneck Implement's service department, applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. You will have the opportunity to develop skills and expertise in the area of agricultural technology.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to project assignments centered around service-related activities.
- Work at the dealer location full-time while attending online classes.
- GAIN experience by shadowing selected personnel in the service department.
- Diagnose and repair agricultural and turf equipment.
- STAY up-to-date with the latest knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
- ADEHERE to all safety rules and regulations.
- COMPLETE reports and forms related to work assignments.
