Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
- Advising clients on tax planning strategies related to their estates and trusts.
- Representing clients in probate court proceedings, including contested matters.
- Advising clients on charitable giving options and drafting related documents.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to ensure timely and effective delivery of legal services to clients.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, potential clients, and other professionals in the community.
