Skilled Handyman & Painter (or Team) Wanted in Wellen Park
We’re a home contractor based in Wellen Park, and we’re looking for an outgoing, skilled handyman and painter to join our team and help complete projects this season and beyond.

- Plank ceilings (Lanai and Interior)
- Residential painting and prep for painting (interior and exterior)
- Handyman projects (install ceiling fans, light fixtures, furniture, cabinets, garage racks, etc.)
- Assist in Small Construction projects (Interior Fireplaces, BBQ's)
- General handyman work (as assigned)

What We’re Looking For:
- A steady dependable employee with a positive attitude, willing to learn with owner supervision.
- Personable, professional, and clean-cut - able to speak with customers
- Reliable with a strong work ethic - show up on time ready to work
- Able to pass a criminal background screening (no felonies).
- No drug or alcohol dependencies
Details:
- Compensation: Competitive pay for the right person. Commission for up-selling.
- Start: 1099 contractor position to start, with potential to grow from there
- Hours: 7 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility depending on the job schedule
- Location: All work is local to the Wellen Park area

- Your own transportation and basic hand tools
- Ability to track hours starting from arrival at the job site
