About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior managers to establish realistic sales goals.
- Manage the Gulf Coast Region Sales Team to maximize sales revenues.
- Establish effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise, and train sales personnel.
- Perform sales activities on key accounts and support market initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or industrial distribution preferred.
- At least 10 years of related experience in industrial sales and management.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Excellent communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
