Our busy financial institution is currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of part-time Customer Service Representative/Teller. This position will require the individual to work at our Pleasant Hill branch. The successful candidate will provide excellent banking service to clients in a professional and courteous manner, maintain a basic understanding of our banking products and services, accurately and efficiently process client transactions, and fully comply with policies, procedures, and regulations. Responsibilities include teller work, opening accounts, and bookkeeping. Qualifications
- Proven experience in banking and financial services
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Basic math skills, including cash handling and retail math
- Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection techniques
- Ability to manage cash effectively and accurately process transactions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
