Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Hanover, MA
Goppion Museum Workshop is the US subsidiary of Goppion SpA, the premier international manufacturer of conservation quality museum display cases and supplier of high quality exhibit components. Our employees are motivated problem solvers comfortable negotiating new challenges. Our clients include the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the MFA Boston, The Library of Congress and the Smithsonian Institution. In this position, you will interface with everyone from museum Directors to Architects to truck drivers. You will be assisting the VP of Business Development and the Project Managers in organizing and implementing marketing, design and production efforts.
Required experience:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
· Experience using Quickbooks Accounting software
· Valid Passport, able to travel regularly
· Valid Drivers License, clean driving record
· Background in installations and/or construction projects
· Strong organizational, problem solving and people skills
· Travel planning
Desired experience:
· Proficiency in Italian Language a plus
· Notary Public
· Experience with construction projects/ AIA Invoices
· Shipping (FED EX, Trucking, Customs Brokers)
Job responsibilities:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
