Gopuff is seeking an experienced analytical leader to join the Growth Marketing Team and lead Growth analytics across Performance Marketing and CRM. - Partner with channel leads within the Growth team to build incrementality frameworks inclusive of test design, implementation and analysis.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance data to identify insights that inform Growth strategies and optimizations.
- Continually improve paid media attribution working closely with the Media Agency, Growth Team, Engineering and XFN.
- Build and maintain dynamic customer attributes, events, and cohorts in Braze to support targeted campaigns.
- Partner with engineering teams to define requirements for new custom attributes, events, and API integrations.
- Conduct QA for custom events and attributes to ensure accuracy and proper ingestion into the CRM platform.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key Growth KPIs and Metrics.
- Be an advocate for data led decision making, influencing XFN, Senior Leadership, and External Partners.
- Provide recommendations for improving campaign targeting and personalization based on data analysis and trends.
- A/B and multivariate testing experience, inclusive of test design, reporting and analysis to understand incremental lift
- 8 years of experience working as a Senior Analytics lead, with a proven track record of driving growth through analysis and insights
- Extensive experience working in fast paced environments, with the ability to use data and storytelling to drive key initiatives within the business
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis, using large datasets to generate insights and deliver actionable next steps for the Growth Team
- Experienced in SQL etc. for querying databases and performing data transformations.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker.
- Extensive experience with paid media attribution, inclusive of app MMPs, and web.
- Understanding of API integrations and data ingestion processes for updating customer attributes and events.
- Experience with marketing analytics, customer lifecycle analysis, and campaign performance measurement.
- Experience working with customer engagement platforms like Braze or similar tools.
- Experience with media analytics and incrementality testing methodologies for paid media
