You Will :
- Analyse and enhance key metrics across customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation to drive business efficiency, optimise cost-effectiveness, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain advanced data models using dbt to deliver transparency and clarity into core business performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams —including Category Management, Growth, and Finance—to translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve processes and drive measurable outcomes.
- Conduct deep dives into company performance to identify areas for improvement, uncover opportunities for efficiency, and ensure KPIs align with overarching business objectives.
- Solve complex, real-world challenges by leveraging data to deliver practical solutions that enhance operational excellence and fuel company growth.
- Present data insights in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring decisions are informed by robust analysis.
