About The Job
As a Principal Software Engineer in Systems Test, you will serve as a strategic leader in the design and execution of comprehensive testing strategies for complex systems. You will bring expertise across software and hardware configurations and have a significant impact on multiple projects, driving quality and reliability to the highest standards. Deep experience with RF, wireless communications, and hardware configurations is ideal.
Job Location : This role can be performed remotely or hybrid from any of the three following locations : San Diego, CA, Sunnyvale, CA and Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities :
- Define and lead high-impact test initiatives, developing innovative test strategies and frameworks for complex systems.
- Serve as a key contributor to the technical roadmap, integrating best practices in software and hardware testing across the organization.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, providing guidance on complex testing issues and setting best practices.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level requirements are met and quality standards are upheld.
