Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Strategist, research and analyze the options Gorbel has to increase awareness, leads, and sales by implementing effective digital marketing programs across a wide range of platforms. The person in this position should be the expert at knowing prospect and customer online behavior, competitors’ programs, understanding the use of digital advertising for B2B lead generation, and evaluating effectiveness of traditional and electronic marketing programs.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Gorbel, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Min. $60,405.80 to Max $79,481.00

The person in this position should be the expert at knowing prospect and customer online behavior, competitors’ programs, understanding the use of digital advertising for B2B lead generation, and evaluating effectiveness of traditional and electronic marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop nurturing programs based on companies that visit the Gorbel website.
- Develop ways in which dealer network can effectively portray the Gorbel® offering in a way that exhibits best practices in digital marketing and portrays Gorbel® in a positive manner.
- Assist marketing team with project coordination and consistent reporting that shows overall effectiveness of programs.
- Evaluate various online directories and related vehicles and determine how Gorbel® can best take advantage of all aspects of the offering.
- Coordinate all parts of lead nurturing program, including messaging, timing, and reporting of effectiveness.
- Ensure that multiple lead nurturing programs are run simultaneously in order to keep the Gorbel name in front of prospects.
- Design full marketing automation programs that target messaging to prospects based on behavior.
- Develop quarterly reports that show effectiveness of digital programs and make recommendations on budget and direction based on findings.
- Evaluate various behavioral marketing programs available for B2B marketing and oversee program that is selected.
- Consistently contribute to social media platforms in order to keep the Gorbel® name in front of dealers, prospects, users, and potential employees.
- In conjunction with other members of the marketing team, develop programs and messaging for select target markets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent
- Software Requirements:
- Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Google Analytics/Adwords
- Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Apollo, or similar)
- Survey Development
- Dashboard Creation (Power BI)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to perform essential duties
