Description Job Description - Associate – Wholesale In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in helping the team streamline processes and manage their day to day deal flow in order to grow the business. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to learn the wholesale business in depth and the ability take on increasing responsibility as he or she grows within the role and business. Primary Responsibilities • Review incoming deal flow and perform initial analysis of the opportunities to help the team prioritize and manage the pipeline of incoming deals • Provide general operational and administrative help to the team, including servicing new and existing customers, reviewing samples of inventory, and providing samples to potential buyers of the inventory • Set up a process to review and track incoming deals and efficiently set up new customers • Assist the Wholesale team in managing trade shows, including how to arrange spaces, building marketing collateral, and setting up and dismantling of exhibits • Additional duties as assigned Location Nashville preferred Experience & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.) • 2-4 years of relevant experience • Experience in retail and merchandising business preferred, but not required • Nashville based with the ability to travel • Strong Microsoft (word, powerpoint, excel) and communication skills • Team player with desire to support the team in achieving its goals Gordon Brothers offers a very competitive total compensation package, including base salary and bonus plan, health insurance, dental benefits, a generous 401(k) match, time off benefits, and more.
