The Intern will utilize AI to focus on automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity across various areas, including email management, standard operating procedures, calendar integration, press releases, social media campaigns, and emergency alerts. By streamlining these functions, we will free up valuable time for our staff to focus on more critical issues affecting our community.
To achieve the objectives of Project AI, the intern will conduct thorough research on various AI tools and applications, examining their potential for integration into the workflows of our county employees. This will involve analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas that could benefit from automation, and determining which tools are best suited to enhance efficiency. Additionally, the intern will assist in training our staff on the approved methods, ensuring a smooth transition to these new technologies. This hands-on experience will not only provide the intern with invaluable skills but also equip our employees with the knowledge necessary to maximize the benefits of these advancements.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
