Gordon Feinblatt is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Financial Services Practice Group.
We are seeking an attorney in our Financial Services group with 2-4 years’ experience in following practice areas : lending and deposit regulatory compliance; loan transactions; and workouts and collections.
Successful candidate will work on a variety of regulatory compliance, creditors’ rights and commercial loan transactional matters. Familiarity with consumer and commercial loan documentation, workouts, collections and lending laws / regulations a plus.
Significant client interaction will be expected, along with strong writing ability, analytical skills, and an aptitude for business generation.
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and an aptitude for business generation. Candidate should have experience first chairing projects, and assuming significant responsibility for clients.
