In This Role You Will
- Perform all duties of the Tech Level 1.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network connectivity problems.
- Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues.
- Ability to service and support equipment in Segment 1 through Segment 5.
- Assists the group Field Manager in mentoring and training Level 1 technicians.
- Demonstrates the potential to become a product specialist on a specific model or series.
- Perform hardware installations, network connections, and conduct customer training as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate activities with other internal departments to ensure problems are fully resolved resulting in a positive customer experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience servicing multifunction printers and devices
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient use of company-provided technology such as: laptops, smartphones and software applications
- Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks as required
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements
- Access to reliable vehicle with secure storage for all company issued property
- Proficient understanding of electronics and mechanical systems
- Proficient understanding of network connectivity
