In this role you will:
Performs the duties and responsibilities commensurate with the assigned functional area within a department(s) which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks
- Process technician parts, tools, manuals, clothing and supply requests. Return unused and warranty parts.
- Monitor and cancel back ordered parts.
- Complete necessary computer transactions to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Handle incoming calls, e-mails and customer walk-in window duties.
- Track, account for, and distribute all parts, supplies and inventory items.
- Make arrangements with courier/delivery services to distribute items to field personnel.
- Performs parts deliveries to Part Drop location as needed.
- Miscellaneous job duties as assigned.
You should have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent data entry skills
- Valid Drivers License
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
The starting hourly pay range for this role is $17.50 - $20.00
