Apartment community in Wilton, NY is currently seeking qualified pool attendant's for the 2025 season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day). Must be CPR certified or be willing to take a CPR class prior to starting. This is a great position for an older high school student or a college student home on summer break.

Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious pool attendant/lifeguard to join our team! As a lifeguard at our busy pool, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers. You will enforce safety rules and monitor pool activities throughout your shift. The ideal candidate has experience with rescue procedures and is first aid/CPR certified.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers
- Enforce pool rules and guidelines
- Complete any required certifications and maintain up-to-date credentials
- Treat all guests with respect
- Performing various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility
- Preparing and maintaining appropriate activity reports
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to stay focused for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to receive training
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
- First aid/CPR certified
Pool hours are 10am-8pm, 7 days a week
