What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate – Franchise Attorney (5-10 years) position at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP?
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with 80 offices covering all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Franchise Attorney to work out of its Cleveland or Columbus offices. Ideal candidate must have ability to independently advise clients on day-to-day franchise law issues including, but not limited to, drafting franchise disclosure documents, drafting franchise agreements, and providing general transactional and strategic advice.
Candidates must possess strong analytical ability; have excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills; and a commitment to client service. Candidate must have exceptional academic credentials and organizational skills and will be working on matters nationwide. A portable book of business is a plus but not required.
Candidate must be licensed in Ohio.
