Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm in all 50-States, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Philadelphia office (Center City location). We offer a friendly, business casual environment. This is a full time position, with a competitive salary and full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability & Life Insurance. The position is partially hybrid. Ideal candidates must have at least 3 or more years of litigation experience.

- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing and filing procedures
- Familiarity with federal court/class action litigation practice a plus
- Ability to pay close attention to details
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft 365 and iManage)
- Candidates should also be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured setting

Salary Range - $50,000 - $75,000
