What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate Attorney (4-6 years) position at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP?
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for a Litigation Associate to work in our fast-growing Boston office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of energy and commercial litigation experience. Experience in condemnation litigation is preferred.

Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Preferred candidates would also be licensed in Texas or Louisiana.
Responsibilities include all aspects of complex commercial litigation practice; all aspects of energy infrastructure practice, including, drafting condemnation petitions and easement agreements; conducting depositions, mediations, administrative hearings, and Commissioner Hearings and Trial preparation.
Qualifications required are strong analytical and writing skills; law journal or post-J.D. clerkship; excellent academic credentials; clear and effective communication with clients and counsel; the ability to work independently and in a collective team environment and being highly motivated and provide superior client service.
