Job Summary:
This role involves the installation of residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. You'll work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promote our products and services. As an expert installer, you'll train junior technicians, perform complex installations, and assist with field supervision and quality audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote products and services to customers.
- Collect payment from customers and complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Represent the company professionally and honestly in all business matters.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked installation vehicle.
- Assist with site supervision, planning, and estimating.
- Participate in safety initiatives and report any incidents or hazards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training and experience preferred.
- Valid licenses and certifications as required by law.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Advanced technical skills in HVAC installation and repair.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
