What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Clerk position at Gordon Technologies, LLC?
Inventory Clerk will coordinate and manage inventory for leading MWD service provider. This is a full-time position with overtime pay and will require weekly on-call rotation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage MWD Inventory for the district
- Shipping and handling of inventory and/or related items
- Organization of shipping paperwork and certificates of conformance for inventory items
- Ability to display a high level of customer service when working with operations team and the parts counter
- Assist in quality checks and inspections on incoming parts
- Safe forklift operation
- Maintaining an organized work environment and adhering to company regulations
- Ability to fill Parts Requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Available to work Monday thru Friday, Saturday and Sunday sometimes required when on-call.
- Additional overtime may be required with short notice.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy, Excell, Microsoft Office and Oracle NetSuite is a plus
- Be able to carry, pull and push up to 50 pounds of dead weight
- Ability to follow thorough step-by-step instructions
