Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and helping to navigate their next steps in their customer journey. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client interaction.
Primary responsibilities would be:
- Overseeing Ai agent, tracking incoming leads/assuring they are handled appropriately
- communicate with prospects who do not want to interact with Ai
- Ensure Appointment calendar entries are correct
- Schedule incoming leads not handled by the Ai Agent
- Presell Kinetico and qualify appointments as needed
- Monitor lead path and calculate pull through rate for Sales people
- Utilize texting service
- Sending confirmation for Water Specialists’ appointments.
- Attach phone conversations to calendar event.
- Populate Sales support folder in Google drive as directed by Sales Manager
Installation follow up calls to monitor customer satisfaction.
Oversee and implement out of warranty post cards program
- Generate monthly customer mailing list, send to printer/and oversee postcard distribution
Oversee and implement Gordy care program
- Partner with the Service Department to maintain the GCP annual check up
- Contact Customers for membership renewals
Secondary Responsibilities
Maintain Sales literature shelves for 4 locations
Ordering chemicals for Grand Rapids & Kalamazoo locations
Send re-rent contracts and buyout information
Perform credit checks for rental customers
Managing and implementing the referral program. (making sure each customer gets taken care of)
Understand the role of back up install scheduler
Support Expos through organization or set up and tear down
create schedule for working the booth
Generate lists of customers and distribute to Water Specialists
Keep record of Sales trends
Populate Sales support folder in Google drive as directed by Sales Manager
