Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. Punctuality (on-time) is expected. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, tree care, and garden upkeep. The Landscape Laborer will work with both hand tools and power tools to ensure the highest quality of service for our clients.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, planting, mulching, trimming, and edging bedlines.
- The ability to lift and handle items weighing 40 plus lbs
- Assist in tree care activities such as planting, pruning, and removing trees as needed.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other plants
- Follow safety protocols while using equipment and handling materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after use.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and other equipment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and irrigation systems is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $16.95 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
