About the Team
Team's mission is to create the best Support products (Helpdesk, Automate & Phone) to empower Brands to deliver an exception customer experience to their shoppers.
Success of the team is measured by the quality (ie CSAT) & efficiency (ie Automation Rate) of the service that brands that use our support suite of products.
These products produce the bulk of revenue, the fastest growing in our offering & what Gorgias's brand is known for.
