The Role:
As a Social Media Live Stream Operations Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in the technical and administrative aspects of our live streaming events. From scheduling and equipment setup to chat moderation and post-stream analysis, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly while collaborating with our marketing and social media teams. You’ll also help integrate live stream elements like product links, promotions, and real-time inventory updates, making sure that each stream enhances engagement and boosts sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with live stream scheduling and coordinate with hosts to ensure all events are set up and ready to go.
• Handle equipment setup and testing, ensuring everything is functioning correctly before each live stream.
• Moderate live stream chats to maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere for viewers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to create and execute promotional campaigns that align with live stream events.
• Integrate live stream elements such as product links, discount codes, promotions, and real-time inventory updates to maximize sales.
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance, providing insights to improve future events and increase viewer engagement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during live streams, ensuring a smooth viewing experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for live streaming to continually optimize our operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of live streaming operations, including equipment, software, and best practices for engagement and sales.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and the ability to integrate product links, promotions, and live inventory updates during live streams.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently during live streaming events.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage schedules, collaborate with teams, and keep everything on track.
• A passion for sustainability, health, and fitness, aligning with our mission and values.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed to support live stream events.
• Previous experience in live streaming, social media management, or eCommerce is a plus!
