Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a strong understanding of various platforms. As well as, have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving brand awareness and engagement. This role is essential in developing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand through innovative strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to develop effective marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns, creating brand messages to improve brand awareness, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
• Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer inquiries; respond promptly to engage with the audience.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation and advertising strategies.
• Utilize tools for scheduling posts and tracking performance metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to produce visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Analyze social media performance data to optimize campaigns and report on key metrics.
• Engage in social listening to understand audience sentiment and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience that promotes conversion optimization.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices for online sales.
• Familiarity with advertising techniques on social media platforms.
• Strong research skills to identify trends and insights that can drive engagement.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools for measuring campaign effectiveness is a plus.
• Proficient in copywriting, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of social media marketing best practices and tools is essential.
