SUMMARY
The Retail Technology Manager is responsible for managing all Retail technologies and devices to include existing technologies and assessing and implementing new technologies as needed. This role is responsible for planning and implementing all technology and device needs for the gorjana Retail Stores, to include new store openings, remodels, and the existing store fleet.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Security and Low Voltage Planning
- Review floorplans for new location / remodels and work with Retail Dev and third party Low Voltage partners to build the technical plans to ensure efficient deployment.
Technology Procurement, Staging, and Deployment
- Procure all needed devices for the gorjana location footprint and pipeline.
- Maintain equipment inventory and create asset tagging system.
- Stage all devices at the gorjana office to ensure they’re set-up and ready for deployment.
- Prep and send all equipment needed for deployments, ensuring it’s received on-time and in good condition.
- Travel to all new store openings and remodels to oversee technology install, and stage and deploy all devices and technology.
- Co-manage field vendors and verify their work.
- After each new implementation, execute tech handoff while on-site.
Own, Manage, and Audit all Retail Technology
- Document all technology systems and devices in all locations.
- Test and troubleshoot new and existing devices and systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of network and technology trends.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years in network and technology deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - understanding the importance of supporting the needs of a retail business
- Ability to be flexible to the needs of the business.
- Travel required, up to 50%.
