HVAC Lead installer

Gorjanc Home Services is a local, family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team.

Job Summary : To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

Pay Range : $25.00 / hr.-$35.00 / hr.- Depending on Experience

Required Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Pass a drug screen and physical
  • Possess basic hand tools
  • Demonstrate willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
  • Demonstrated organizational skills : site paperwork, job costing information, material lists, etc.

    • Physical Demands :

  • Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
  • Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects, up to 70 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold
  • Must be able to climb up and down a ladder multiple times a day

    • Salary : $25 - $35
