Duties
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance.
- Coordinate property inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules and repairs.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining exceptional service.
- Monitor lease agreements and ensure adherence to terms.
- Prepare and review vendor contracts, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
- Track and report on property performance, including financial data and occupancy metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
