Utilize experience in signals analysis and understanding of Machine to Machine (M2M) communication and technologies to support mission operations. Previous experience with military exercises is preferred and have strong written / verbal communication skills, as well as experience in writing reports and technical evaluations.
The Cryptologic Cyber Planner shall possess the following capabilities :
- Ability to develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations for FTC4 needs. Planners must address how to leverage existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools and technologies to create and implement FTC4's operational campaigns.
- Operational plans / campaigns shall be evaluated for strategic planning, countermeasure development, implementation, and measure of effectiveness. CCP shall document operational use cases to support adversary defeat, initiate communications with external support partners, and conduct research for sources of data to be used in future planning.
- Planners should have strong cyber background, experience with operational planning, the ability to effectively communicate FTC4 requirements, and lead developmental working groups and / or meetings as requested by the client.
