Job Description:
- Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to create comprehensive cybersecurity policies and guidelines that align with federal regulations, security standards, and best practices.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.
- Conducting research and synthesizing information from various sources and preparing detailed reports, briefings, and presentations.
- Ensuring policies are comprehensive, clear, and aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to discussions and planning sessions
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently with a strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. This includes setting goals, timelines, and tracking progress.
You Have:
- 7 years of experience in a professional work environment
- Experience in drafting senior-level correspondence, including program briefings, congressional reports, or senior-level talking points.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity policy analysis, development, and coordination.
- Ability to independently analyze complex policy issues.
- Top Secret SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's Degree.

- Experience with supporting cybersecurity assessments or cyber-risk management initiatives, including proactively identifying and mitigating security risks.

- Knowledge of Cyber Hardening and Cyber mitigations.

- Ability to effectively manage, execute, and track assigned tasks to meet required deadlines, while proficiently performing administrative duties as directed.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or IT.
