Who we are looking for :
An ideal candidate will have at least two years of previous service, installation and / or project management experience in the commercial electronic security industry, including : Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intercom, and Intrusion Systems. Candidates with a background in a parallel industry such as IT / networking, electrical controls, HVAC, robotics, etc. are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities :
Programming access control, CCTV, and parking control systems
Installing and / or troubleshooting field equipment (card readers, cameras, burglar alarms, control panels, etc.)
Project planning
Directing and managing onsite subcontractors
Complete projects within budgeted costs and time schedules
Fully test systems (quality assurance) and gain final project acceptance by the customer
Complete end-user training maximize customer satisfaction
Perform all duties in a safe, professional, and courteous manner
Skills :
Solid understanding of computer software fundamentals, electronic hardware, low voltage system wiring, and relays / relay logic
High level of mechanical aptitude
An ability to coordinate and lead the efforts of others
Solid fundamentals of project management
Strong analytical skills necessary to solve complex problems
Strong communication skills. Focused on keeping everyone informed.
Team player with a positive, "can do" attitude and the ability to coordinate the efforts of others.

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word.
No fear of (safe) ladder or personnel lifts at heights up to 25' or more
No fear of hard work, such as pulling cable and mounting devices to concrete walls or floors, steel poles, drywall, and other surfaces

Must have a valid driver's license
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
