- Coordinating project schedules, budgets, and finances, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Reviewing and approving subcontractor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Staying updated on the latest innovations in products, equipment, and installation techniques.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and permitting requirements.
Key Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in the construction industry preferred.
- At least 10 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Strong organizational, technical, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
