Position Summary :
As a LCSW in an Integrated Behavioral Health model, the Behavioral Health Coordinator provides coordination of care and services of identified patient populations for an extended period of time across the continuum of care in an outpatient clinic. As a patient care partner, provides a full range of out-patient clinical services, including short-term psychotherapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and / or evaluation and referral to appropriate resources. The Behavioral Health Coordinator will also work to support the community by attending coalition meetings relevant to behavioral health (crisis, youth coalition, LAC and FICMMR, etc.). The coordinator will also support the facility staff by providing clinical supervision (group or individual) to licensed and licensure candidate employees in addition to psychiatry resident CBT supervision in partnership with Billings Clinic and the University of Washington and other students or interns placed at BBC.

Required Skills
Master's degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school
Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
Current LCSW licensure in the State of MT or ability to obtain
Minimum of three years post master's experience in clinical or medical social work
Competency in providing cognitive and behavioral assessments and interventions to individuals, couples, and groups with behavioral health and / or substance use issues in a primary care setting
Salary : $63,315 - $76,000
