This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of laboratory professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management and leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A 4-year degree in a science field related to the scope of practice and certification by the ASCP Board of Registry or equivalent are essential for this role. Three years of supervisory/management experience and current Montana state licensure as a MLS, MT or CLS are highly desirable.
