Position Summary :
The Commercial Fleet Sales Director will oversee the sales operations for government and fleet accounts across all three brands. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the automotive fleet market, extensive client relationships, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for government and fleet sales to achieve and exceed targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government and fleet accounts.
- Leverage an existing and active book of business to generate immediate sales opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of fleet sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns targeting fleet and government buyers.
- Collaborate with the inventory and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and superior customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity in the fleet market.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for executive management.
