  • Job duties include but are not limited to:

Being a positive brand ambassador for Gosen Investments in person and over the phone

Scheduling appointments

Completing paperwork

Keeping the office environment tidy and clutter-free

Answer and direct phone call

Maintain expense reports

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Maintain computer and manual filing systems

Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries

Resolve administrative problems

Greet and assist visitors to the office

The ideal candidate would be an individual who is currently studying finance and enjoys research and the financial planning process

Required education: high school diploma

Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include clerical tasks, customer service, and inventory control. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing, along with strong communication and organizational skills, will enable you to manage schedules and assist with various administrative duties.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week
