Social Studies Teacher - Lingle Ft. Laramie Middle School/High School

Lingle Fort Laramie Schools in Lingle, Wyoming, have a certified staff position, Social Studies Teacher, for the 2025-2026 academic year. Lingle Fort Laramie Middle School and High School serve students in grades 6-12. Start date is August 11, 2025.

The job of Teacher - Middle/High School was established for the purpose/s of developing students' academic skills through academic and/or career vocational courses of study and implementing district approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of students; providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc.

This position reports to the building principal.

Experience Job related experience desired

Education Bachelors degree in Secondary Social Studies 6-12

Continuing Educ. / Training Maintain PTSB certification by earning 5 credit hours per every 5 year renewal period

Certificates & Licenses Professional Teaching Standards Board Certification with Secondary Comprehensive Social Studies endorsement

Clearances Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance
